The leghorn looks just like my 7 month old hens but if it is only 3 months old i'd go with a rooster
both the barred rock and the RIR look to be hens to me as well but i'm no expert
No idea on the shaver.. never heard of it before

the leghorn's a boy, shaver does not come true unless from a hatchery, so yours could be anything...
the barred rock looks too light and clean legged to be a hen and the RIR need a bit more time to be sure....
