Our goat herd [warning very pic heavy] Part one

You have beautiful, healthy looking goats! I think my next goat is going to be a Nubian.

Great looking goats, I especially like the LaManchas

Thank you everyone!!! I just love my herd...

The price I paid for them would make you even more jealous lol. The one I paid the most for was Cowie she was $40... the rest were much less.

Lilly and Lucy I paid $5 each when they were little. They were not friendly when I got them but are now.

But we go there alot to look around... like to rescue the ones we can because the auction we go to alot of the time even the dairy goats go to meat.

I know what you mean. I go to the local auction here and it is so very sad to see ones come in that are sweet and have collars on that were clearly pets at one time, go to the guys the are the meat haulers to the city. I love to rescue animals from the market sales, I have bought everything from roosters to horses as rescues out of the meat pens brought them home and just loved them.

Norton and Lucy and the two lamanchas with no name are gorgeous! They look so loving and tame. you are so lucky to be surrounded by so many wonderful goatie pets!

Your goat herd is adorable. & to have such a large herd & be able to 'rescue' so many goats you must have a Wonderful Hubby...... Hoping my hubby catches the illness too.
