we found one of our hens on our farm a week ago laying down in our woodshed, with an eye completely dark and crusted shut, lethargic, and refusing to walk. we put her in a box thinking she wasnt going to make it through the night, and our family freinds over the next day took care of her while we were at work. 2 days after we found her the eye wound appears completely healed, but she is still unable to walk very far, her head movements are very tilty and not right at all, shes eating and drinking still(but when she pecks at her food she just haphazardly hammers her head into the bowl which is not usual for her) , and still seems very alert and aware despite her situation and we are pretty sure shes at least partially/mostly blind.
does anyone have any idea what you think is causing this/ what we should do to help her?

Is she scratching at that eye frequently? No respiratory problems? Predator didn't get ahold

her breathing seems normal, and we checked her over and there were no injuries and shes leaving her head alone, shes just bobbing and shaking her head weird, and responding to visual stimulus very strangely
