Well my girls just had to make a liar out of me today...some were just on a break the last 2 days...lol
13 today...I think that the lightest colored egg is coming from one of my BO girls!

Good morning Bob! Thank you...when I was choosing my flock I was looking for friendly & egg color, but I also made sure to throw in good layers! I have not been disappointed!

Yesterday my girls only gave me 4 eggs, but that's okay!

Yesterday I got zero eggs and had to buy some at the grocery store. I miss my flock's eggs when they take their winter break. But I guess that just makes them all the more special when they start up in the spring again!

I know some people like to add light, but I think they need the break! I'm sure that I will soon be buying eggs again and looking forward to Spring! Maybe you will get a couple today!
