Our Mixed Flock Journey!

Some ways to post a pic:

I just bring up the pic I want, touch it and hold my finger there a moment, and various options come up, including “copy”.

I select that (Copy), go back to the post where I want to place the pic, touch that spot and wait a moment, and when the options come up, select Paste. Wait a bit, and you’ll see your greyed-out picture show full, normal colors, and boom, you’ve uploaded your pic! Then just go ahead and post it.

The BYC app, like other Xenforo forum apps, gets wonky. If you try it and it doesn’t work, it’s not you. It’s the app.

Sometimes phones and other mobile devices get contrary. If you can’t get your pic to upload (show full colors), try your laptop or desktop, if you have them. On a laptop, you can probably do Control+C (copy) and then Control+P (paste) to get your pic on your post.

There’s a link to select a file and upload it, but it rarely works for me. Just copy/pasting seems a lot more successful.

Good luck! I’m looking forward to seeing your pictures.
Thanks for the tips!!

Rene, I well remember my Wellie's pretty eggs (these were all from my girl) :)

And she was a real sweetheart too...do you find that with yours?

Good morning Debby. Such pretty eggs.💗 Which hen laid the darker eggs?

My current girl is very sweet and friendly. My first two were more standoffish.

Wow, I don't usually get any that dark. She laid beautiful eggs. 💞

Her eggs were always a surprise, always a little different. Here's a picture of her:

I had to re-home that flock when we moved from WY to FL. There was a 10yo that wanted them for his 4H project so it felt like they went to a good home.

So pretty, one of my favorites. I'm sure they did and he must have been very grateful. Still, sad you had to rehome them.
