Our Mourning Dove Wyze Webcam - Nest, Eggs, & Baby Chicks?

This was so cool.

Doves hatching on my front patio in one of my potted plants is one of the reasons I have chickens.

I don't know much about doves... I'm assuming that them having another hatch so close together is to be expected / common?

We were hoping to have a break in the nesting so we could re-position the camera to see down into the next better. Hopefully they will take a break so we can do that without freaking them out!

I Think it's pretty normal. It is with pigeons, but I'm no expert on doves!

Unfortunately it looks like only one made it. We can't figure out if the other egg just didn't hatch, or if it got kicked out or something else.

It sure would be nice / interesting to see two huge dove babies trying to fit under an adult dove!
