Gorgeous set up! I love how natural it looks. I was just wondering what kind of predators do you have in your area? I noticed that it is mostly chicken wire used as fencing, with the exception of the bottom half. Have you had any problems with more aggressive predators trying to get through the chicken wire?

yes I got some d'uccles from a local auction - SOOOOO happy!!
check them out - We had to take care of scaly mites while quartine but they are now out in the own pen.

knock on wood - haven't seen any predators around the coop area - I know we have a coon eating for DH deer feeder about 200+ feet away - I know that their are coyotes, foxes and a few hawks in the area but we have had no trouble - I have a talk radio that the volume is adjusted daily to warn off predators.. yes - I have a heavy gauged wire that runs about about 30" and is buried about 2'

Of all the Coops I've seen..I like yours the best!! It is SOO neat looking! and I like how you designed it like a horse barn with the partitions. what a great Idea!
Your whole set up seems very well thought out. I wish I had some of the skills you, and a lot of people here seem to have!
