Wow he is gorgeous. He is almost blue. Beautiful face. He has it made in the shade on that rug in front of the fire. I can see him smiling, you can tell he is happy to be home.

He's GORGEOUS! BLESS YOU for taking him in! We have 2 Danes; one, show quality, the other, a rescue, and the rescue dog is the best dog we've EVER had! Congrats on this boy! Don't let him get TOO heavy, though. Not good on giant breeds' joints. I like to see a TINY bit of rib showing when they're healthy.

My two hate the cold; I have (I confess) winter coats for them. I'm NOT one of those people that dresses up their animals, believe me! But, mine can't stay out long in the cold without a coat. Dane's are SUCH love bugs! Ours are big couch potatoes.
