I am so sorry about the loss your handsome buddy. Thank you for sharing those wonderful photos, showing the incredible, long-lived bond that you shared with Chief. The 2nd photo is my favorite as I can just imagine the "conversation" going on between the two of you as you walk along together. Have you thought about sending something in to Backyard Poultry Magazine as a memorial to Chief?

I would love to hear more about Chief, especially his first truck ride.
