Our poor girl - changed behaviour, swollen large, spongy crop & a pooey bum.

One of our chickens hid out last night. When I found her in the morning I discovered that her bottom end was in a stinky way, and her crop is very spongy and swollen. She was also standing by a beige puddle of liquid. Has anyone experienced these symptoms together? Did your hen pull through?
I have washed & cut off the poo and put her in a dog crate with water, food and calcium chips.
