Reasons to neuter Sterling:

-prevent unplanned puppies
-reduction of certain health risks

Neutering a male dog prevents testicular cancer and reduces the risk of other problems, such as prostate disease. A neutered male dog might also have less desire to roam.
-may help with certain behavioral issues
In addition to reducing roaming in male dogs, neutering can often, though not always, help reduce or eliminate undesirable behaviors, such as leg-lifting and mounting. Neutering may also decrease aggressive behavior in some dogs. Spayed females are also less likely to roam.

Ok. But on behavioral, he's very good. Except for wanting to run. As far as aggressive, is that like, when he meets certain people, he wants to bite them? Or is that just "If my dog doesn't like you, I don't like you."?

If you go to your local shelter or rescue and explain that you'd get him fixed if you had the money they would probably help you out.
(For a second there, I thought you was someone else. Nice new avvy!)

We tried. They said they only do cats. Everywhere said cats, and sometimes pit bull mixes. :(
