If you go to your local shelter or rescue and explain that you'd get him fixed if you had the money they would probably help you out.

Ok. But on behavioral, he's very good. Except for wanting to run. As far as aggressive, is that like, when he meets certain people, he wants to bite them? Or is that just "If my dog doesn't like you, I don't like you."?

We tried. They said they only do cats. Everywhere said cats, and sometimes pit bull mixes.

Hm, interesting. There must be a vet somewhere close to you who does dogs. You should bring him to our vet if you want.

I don't know for sure at the moment because they are closed and I can't call, but I'm positive it isn't more than 2 or 3 hundred.
