Thank you for the compliment or should I say He thanks you. I took him from the hens when I introduced my Marans to three other hens. I tried to put him with the Marans first and he attacked one of them. Shocked me because he is such a sweetheart. Now I afraid to put him back. Since I am new at this I am hesitate. In your experiene will roosters just kill hens upon their first meeting?
