hello all! it's a bit of an odd story as to how we got this fellow(?), so i'll leave that for another day. right now, i'm just wondering his(?) breed and perhaps sex, if that's tellable? i was told he is a silkie, but when i look up silkies on the net, they all seem to have the feathered feet, which he does not! does this make him a crossbreed of some sort? he does have the extra toes on his feet.

here's his picture! (it's the best i've got at the moment, i apologize!) he still seems pretty young, we're still hearing 'peep peep' noises from him and it's adooorable. <3

thanks for your time! :)

Looks like a silkie to me, but I have no idea about gender. Silkies are supposed to be very difficult to sex until they crow or lay.

It could be a silkie mix. Does it have 5 toes? Silkie have feather on it's feet and 5 toes.

yes, he has five toes! no feathers on his feet at all, though! just big, grey feet. XD;;
