We had an old treehouse about 19 years old that's legs were failing soo like any (not) normal person we decided to cut it down and use the house part as a chicken coop!!! It took about 2 months to motivate ourselves, get it down, and move it to where it was going to go!!
We then built a fence around it and set up that part.
After that we put laying boxes and roosts in there
.
Lastly (for now at least) we converted the coop second floor into a show chicken waiting floor, That's where we put chickens after bathing to wait for the show and not get dirty.
