Out and about

So, we made the decision to pen the boy and let the new ducks roam the yard with our 3 adult females around. They were tentative, but found a spot to relax in.

The alpha female, Pepa the Muscovy, seemed a bit stalkerish and nipped at Storm at the beginning. No contact, but we decided to keep some healthy social distancing.

Storm, Blondie and Brownie are very beautiful and add variety to our little backyard zoo. Even though Storm is only a week older, she is protective of the two buffs.
