he's back!
well,he has come back to eat this evening. maybe he is just a "free loader."

he let me get about 5ft closer today to get more pictures.
if he happens to go into a run and i can close him in,i'll need you guys to tell me what to do next.

i will still be happy if he shows up every now and then to show off his beauty.

none of my neighbors has any nor do they know of anyone who has any.i thought about an ad saying i found one but they would have to tell me what they lost I.ie. sex,color and size.
i really would like him to go to "his" people but then again,maybe they didn't want him anymore.when and if i catch him,i'll look for him a home with someone who has and knows about these beautiful birds.

if any of you guys live close to middle GA,i'll let you know when i catch him.lol

Just word the add,, Bird found. if you lost one send a discription and if it is yours i will get back with you.. that way you will know if it is theirs and there is not gonna be a reply for this kind of pea unless they really lost one cause there ain't many around, he could have travled a couple miles or a hundred you just don't know untill someone steps up and clames them.

It is possible someone just turned him loose.

Look at the size of he's spurs I think he's older then 2 more like 4 years old.

That's where my bird went!......................To Ga! Please catch him and mail him back ASAP! I went to clip the wings and as he was getting away I cut his tail off by mistake.

Wish he was in my backyard right now LOL

I have some birds older then 2 years with little spurs and a 2 year old with big spurs so don't go by them LOL

If he were 4 he would have a train by now , Spurs don't count, i have hens with spurs,hens without spurs, Peacocks with long spurs and some with shorter spurs the same age.

i was the one who won the peacock eggs from you last year in a raffle.i didn't do well with the eggs but this was much easier.lol

he roosted last night near the top of the 80ft pine tree.it sits near the horse barn and he could still see the chickens.i heard him calling last night while i was locking everyone up.
i have 3 chicken coops and covered runs.they are inside about a 200ft area(yard) surrounded by hot wire.that is inside of a 4 acre pasture.late yesterday he actually came inside the yard.the closest he has been(i was inside the house).

i let the chickens out everyday so he would have to wonder inside one of the runs in order for me to catch him.if that happens i will let you know.
i put an ad up and if no one claims him,i may try the Ga peacock breeders and see if they want him.

he is absolutely stunning.



oh yeah,will he hurt the chickens if he is inside the run and feels threatened?
