Yes. Thank you! It's been a while since I've had to raise my own chicks. Like 8 years. So this is all new to me again. I'm so ready for them to be grown and self-sufficient....

Good chance to view the night time beauty... listen to the owls hooting, and the coyotes singing, the other critters thrashing around in the underbrush. A mouse can sound like 3 axe murderers! JK, I love going out at night, the beauty of a clear evening is breath taking. A good head lamp is an important part of a poultry manager's tool box. (get one with a red light setting.)

I take them outside to play during the day when I have time. Now every time I walk into their room they get excited to get out of the box and stare at me with these sweet little pleading expressions!
