Ovation points not adding up?

This is hopefully resolved. If you see examples where points are not being properly given, please send over specific examples that we can review.

Got an ovation and no point the day before yesterday and it happened again yesterday. Am not sure which ones it was though. Total hasn't changed

Please keep an eye on the specific ones that do and don't count so we know exactly which ones to keep an eye on. For example, the one you got very early today looks like it was counted properly. Once you see a problem, shoot me a PM with:

• The name of the user that gave you the ovation
• The point value you have and expected to receive

Yes, the last one did get counted, it was one of the previous 4 that didn't. I'll keep an eye on them and PM you when it happens again. Thanks for looking into this. I know you guys are busy, especially now with all the new things and changes. I appreciate it.

Sorry about that, I thought they had found the bug, but I was mistaken. The engineers have promised me they continue to look into it and that the uncounted ovations will be counted once the bug is squished.

I have noticed that it got better since we talked about this last. Whatever ovations I received got counted until about 2-3 days ago when it missed 1 and then the other 1... day before yesterday? Sorry I'm a few hours ahead of you! The missed ones I suspect were from new members.
