I have three eggs... two hatched on Monday (now Thursday) two health sweet chicks! The last egg always seemed a little behind the others. Not 100%sure when all were laid. Momma sat on them then gave up half way through and the weather was to cold to risk waiting for her to gain interest again so I brought them into the incubator. The last egg today I canceled and can see clearly the chick is pipped internally no external pip but no chirping, I can see movement almost like a steady breathing.... I'm worried about it has this is my first hatch is this normal??

Welcome to BYC and congratulations on your two new arrivals!
Unfortunately, between not being sure just when this egg was laid and started to develop and the hiccup mid-incubation with the hen abandoning and being moved to the incubator it is difficult to say whether this is just an egg that is a few days behind in development or an issue that warrants concern and intervention (if you are an interventionist). Because you are seeing positive signs of life I would take a hands off approach as it is entirely possible this bird is not late, but rather right on time - but I am also a hands off person.

Came home last night and she started to chirp and external pip! This morning I got to watch her hatch health and chirpy!!
