Over due for start of hen laying eggs and problem with old hen eating feathers

Sad/funny update:
Weather started snowing and it's below freezing I was gonna switch her to the other side and lock her in. But no it snowed. But I went down to the coop to feed them. My Bantam willow was avoiding me like she was in trouble. I picked her up and the right side of her head was mostly bald.

Thanks comet

Can someone invent a time out crate for chickens plz. Cuz I can't bring myself to shake the sense into her. Worest part is the birding sheeating the feathers off of just stand there and let her.
My life just gets weirder.
I have a wierd life, wierd things happen to me but I have weirder animals. Thanks universe. I kinda enjoy my life for that. But poor willow. I never expected that at all this morning!

You can buy one....adding mesh on the bottom can help with cleaning.

Wait that is an actually a thing? I was joking but cool I'll have to keep Tht in mind. Thank you!
Just to let u guys know she never draws blood with her feather eating.
I've been putting kale in wild bird suite holders instead of breaking them into pieces forthe birds to forage for. It makes it last long and a good source of change and enrichment. Hopefully this will work long enough to distract comet from her feather eating. Hopeful the snow meltsand it gets warmer.

You've never seen wire dog crate? Really?

Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, (laptop version shown), then it's always there!

Hahaha thanks.
I've just never thought it was a thing. I did hear about those types of crates before.
I'm in vet tech college 2nd year and plenty prior experience. Just didn't think of it as a time out for chickens.

Update time!
The old hen has decreased in feather eating. Might've been from Bordem.
The white bird was acting strange this morning and kept going on and out of the nesting box. Might be laying an egg today guy's.
