Over loaded with eggs, thread!

Hello everyone!
What do u do with all of those eggs??
Here is a pic of some of my eggs!

I just took some to the local food charity. During the school year I have my regular takers (some paying, some not) and any extras go to the kids' school's breakfast and aftercare program.

Pre chickens there were so many recipes I wouldn't bake because they took three or more eggs which seemed so indulgent (and expensive). Now I'm searching them out to try and use all our eggs up!

we give some away to neighbours and friends and keep some for ourselves!

So far I'm not overrun with eggs, but I've shared with family members.

I don't care for pasta much, but pasta carbonara uses 5 eggs in my recipe
Crepes, deviled and this Mexican thing with roasted chilies, eggs and cheese are our next go to recipes.

Yeah, we give some of ours to our neighbors too. But a few days later she said they didn't peel right when she made hard boiled eggs.
