I live in MA in an area zoned for farming. Every passing day my one acre back yard starts looking more like a farm. This summer we got our first batch of day old hatchlings, then a second batch, we got 3 new bunnies, we have a garden, 6 dogs and 2 cats. Doing all of the modifications to the yard such as putting up fences in new places and gardening is ruining my clothes. If I am going to live like I'm on a farm, I may as well dress like it to. The only problem is that I can't find denim overalls anywhere in my area. I think I'll have to order online. Any suggestions as to where I should look?

Heck I can get some for you if you got PayPal and extra for mailing costs, I can go to my Rural King and get you some. I am not sure of the name brand or anything like that but it is more seasonal stuff but still there.

In fall, they are found everywhere in the stores.

But first, lets try finding one in your state if someone will chime in before you order online

My Mom grew up in Wisconsin (real farm country) and when we visited her family during the summer months we would go to Farm and Fleet and buy Oshkosh. Now, Oshkosh only makes kids clothes and I haven't been to America's Dairyland for 20 some-odd years. I don't know what is the best name brand to buy nowadays and as previously mentioned, can't find them locally. Is Carhartt a good brand? Or Dickies?
Oh, by the way, ladies denim bib overalls are even more rare than mens, making my search even harder.

From what I understand from the ol' t.v., if you go into any backyard in any southern town, you'll find them hanging on the clothesline. I also understand that if you stand outside and sing "Come On, Eileen", people in overalls will follow you around. But in MA, things may be different, more citified. They probably only do that in the better neighborhoods.

Kezabel, I'm tellin' ya, you're really freaking me out with the cub scout leader avatar. I thought you were going to change it to the aviator with a chicken bra?
