Overheard a conversation....

A few days ago i overheard a conversation between two girls at my school. These girls are hte girls who 'claim' to be the animal know-it-all's.
This is what i heard:
"When i get older, i want to work with some orginization that saves animals"
Other girl "That would be cool"
"Yeah, I wanna save like pandas and polar bears and stuff"
"cool"
I also wanna save chickens"
"Why?"
"Because chickens are so stupid, if they look up while it's raining, they'll drown!!!"
"Really? That's really dumb!!"
"I know, and that's why i wanna save them!!"


Dead serious throught the whole conversaton!!!

Isn't that a joke? She thought it was a fact!
If only she had chickens.

Mine seem to be smart enough to find shelter when it rains. It's the ducks that go all crazy in the rain.

There is nothing more dangerous than a large group of breathtakingly ignorant people convinced they are absolutely right and therefore unwilling to even listen to dissent. I can remember when I was in school and I heard the same story about turkeys drown in the rain. We all know chickens are not dumb at all!
