overheated peachicks?

What makes you think that it is broken? Post a pic if you can. There are a couple of issues (vitamin deficiency etc.), that can cause leg problems. What type of bedding are you using? Surfaces that are too smooth can cause legs to come out of socket, which is a fairly easy fix.

I not sure if its broken, i just thought that because it can spin like a 360 view(sorry i don't know how to explain it better),

This is him in the video, these also some photos, here i hold his leg in the normal situation:

And here it can almost goes like a 90 angle:

And here is the bedding i'm using for there brooders:

It could be vitamins issue as you said i don't know much about this, the weird thing is yesterday i only noticed one leg that has a problem, today his second leg got this problem too.

Wow it looks like the leg is completely out of the socket, how big are the holes in the wire in the brooder? is it possible for them to get their toes caught in it? if so it is possible they panicked and pulled the leg clean out of the socket but a second leg later on is very strange indeed.

The holes is too small i don't think they can get their toes in it,

This was used in their brooder when they got overheated, now they are in a bigger brooder with a little bigger holes but not that big, the vet has a long waited list, he can't see him until saturday and i don't think he will survive until saturday not because of his broken leg but because he still didn't get well from overheated.
