overwhelmed with eggs

We get 11 or 12 eggs a day and I feed extras to the feral cats that keep the property free of rodents. Symbiosis!

Thank you all for your very helpful advice. Will pursue. Received 16 eggs yesterday. We have a lot of churches in our area.

Generally get 8 for 8 hens a day. Home made angle food cake takes a full dozen egg whites. You'll never go back to store bought cake again.
