They may be gorging due to the fact that it's novel and new, and/or if some of them are very close to lay, they may be craving it to start building up their stores.
For the time being I'd continue to put it out, but at a much reduced rate, and hopefully the novelty/craving will wear off until at least a few of the birds begin laying.
