Don't give up hope! You said he's part Maine coon? Most live a long time. One of our's is going to be 19 come December. He's still alive and kicking, except for when he runs into things because of his cataracts.

My P-kitty died during the night. I'm glad he's not suffering but I'm very sad. I just buried him.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your kitty. He passed on in his sleep at home, surrounded by people who loved him very much. We should all be so lucky when our time comes to move on to the next life.... my prayers are with you during your time of loss.
