I bought 10 Bourbon Red Turkeys and the Feed store let me have the packing peanuts that came with them. 10 white chickens. Assuming they were all Roosters. some had black dots on their backs, some did not. They are almost 4 months old now, only a couple showing Roo behavior and no sounds yet. But they are so pretty. The necks now all have a light brown gold tint to them, some of them have lots of brown splash on them across the wings and back, some just a little bit. Plan on keeping at least one Roo, maybe two, and you can never have too many hens!
I am sure they were purchased from Ideal.

This one has only a little of the brown on wing, and gold tan neck feahters, some are darker than others but this is the one that stood still long enough!

I'll bet male red sex links. The red leakage will increase as they age.

they look like red sex links but they should have a bit more red on the wings by now

Yep, Amberlinks

Thanks everyone, some have alot more red on them than others, but they are very pretty. My Grandson thought they had poo all over them when it first started to show! I want tol keep two of the prettiest ones if they don't get too mean. but have the coop now "re-modeled" to keep them in if need be, hate to not let them free-range, but there are little children in the area that the chickens roam.
