They've been on my mind lately and wondered how they were doing?
Are there new pictures and do they now have names?

I'd love to hear an update on our unofficial rescue mascots...

Does anyone know who livestock101 is and/or are they on the other board with a different name?

I'm livestock101! Hello! No, I never visit the other board, I've just been very busy lately. I do have updates and I ran out just now and took pictures.

The one thing you'll likely notice is their combs (check out the first photo). They are shrinking, BIG TIME! Well I should say MOST are shrinking, not all. But even the ones that havent shrank much, are looking a little smaller. They have gotten somewhat redder as well. I'm still finding an occasional egg being laid. They lay their eggs on their floor in the corner.

Once in a while they go outside, but not often. I've tried "shoo shooing" them out of the coop but they freak out when they get outside. They aren't roosting as of yet. They still sleep all huddled up in the corner as tight as they can get.

Thanks to all who have been thinking about them. We haven't named yet. We just call them our "Floppies". This morning I cut up a watermelon and some grapes. The "Floppies" kept circling the tub of fruit, not sure what to do with it.

Enjoy the pictures. I'll try to get better photo's next time. Thanks again for asking about them.

They are looking so much better. Poor things still have a lot of adjusting to do, but I'm sure they feel much safer and happier at their new place.

They do look a lot better. Your such a great person for giving them a chance at a real life!!!

YAY!

They look soooo much better then before! They also look like they've gotten somewhat used to their new home, they have a look to them that says, "Look at me, I'm a real chicken now!".
Good show!
