Paid for gfm Twice and still it does not come up in gold on the list.

I am pretty sure I paid for gfm less than 6 months ago, and it never came up with my name as gold, but i couldnt remember exactly how long ago I did it so I just paid for it again and it still does not show...the other features are not working either. Can anyone check into this for me???
