Paint or splash silkies?

I have a quartet of silkies I bought a while ago, sold with two blue cockerels as well. I’ve become aware of the paint variety, and wondered if you could tell the difference, I’ve done a bit of research but can’t find a definite answer. Since they were sold with blues, I’m assuming they are splash, but when I’ve searched for splash, it seems that they have a more even pattern.
Any help is appreciated. ( I understand most common genetics quite well but paint is a new one for me!)

Photos are a mix of new and old, not the best so I’ll see if I can get better ones tomorrow.

Paint has black spots, but splash has blue spots. I'm not too experienced with these colors yet, but the hens in the 2nd and last photo definitely look paint.
