Paint Silkies?

The only way I know how to breed paints is to find a good paint and breed it to a black for better spots, a black with silver to make it whiter, and another paint. But I have some. 2(maybe roosters) are up for sale. here is one

Also, a paint is more like a paint horse. It is a white silkie with black leakage.

Many people have splash silkies, but I am not so sure on the paint. They are pretty similar in looks though so I am looking into buying or orderign some.. But, where do I get paints?
