Hello its me again, seem to have poor luck with my hens at the moment. Currently treating one for a prolapse and vent gleet. Now another one of my hens seems unwell.
Daphne is a 2 year old ex battery hen. Past week or so I noticed that she was pale, so I kept an eye on her. The whole flock is currently halfway through flubevent and coxoid treatment as were all a bit lethargic 5 days ago. Everyone else seems well in the flock but poor Daphne is much more pale than the rest, her skin is quite dry and shes a bit more sleepy than normal. Shes eating and drinking but keeps laying down a lot. Everything seems fine having a look over exept that there is some red marks around her vent, not swollen but looks a little sore. Havent noticed any vent pecking from the others but cant be sure.
Anyone have any idea what this could be?
