pale comb and panting?

My young broody hen just hatched her first lot of chicks yesterday. Today I noticed her comb is very pale and she had been panting or just hanging her mouth open. It was a little warm today but not over 18 degrees. I'm paranoid she'll drop dead! I've been offering her water and food and she takes both. Just worried!

Emmm, the pale comb is just from being broody...but i dont know about the panting!!
