One of my chickens has a red comb normal in the day and sometimes at night her comb is pale pink could she have mites would any of these work? Or what could she have? She moves like most of the chickens and at night she sleeps on her stick. The other chickens comb is normal red. Is DE really good for mites?

Comb color can vary for a lot of reasons, hormones, stress, excitement, etc. I bird that was anemic from mites or lice would likely be pale all the time. This has lots of pictures to help with ID of whether you have a problem with either of them:

Some mites live in the coop and only come out at night to feed on the birds, so checking after dark with a headlamp or flashlight is necessary. If you find you do need to treat then a product containing permethrin is most common. DE is honestly a waste of money, it doesn't work and it can cause respiratory irritation. Elector PSP is also good, but much more expensive than permethrin. You will need to treat the birds, and clean out and treat the coop also, removing all bedding and nesting material and replacing with new after treatment. For mites particularly you will need to do at least 3 times usually at weekly intervals to get those that continue to hatch.

Could it be cause of the heat today it was 80 at peak and 70 when they started getting ready to roost on their sticks

If it was warmer than it has been, then it could contribute. We had a very warm day today and I had several laying around a lot. They haven't adjusted to the suddenly warmer weather yet.

Yeah 3 weeks ago was in the 14s to 40 for a whole week because we live in Texas and a week ago it was in the 60 to 70s temperature here changes quick

Do the check for lice/mites (a good idea anytime someone looks off), and if all else seems ok then I would just keep an eye on her, see if anything else seems off. Check her weight/body condition, make sure she's eating and drinking well, crop is functioning normally and droppings are normal.

Her crop is flat in the morning because I take out their feeders she poops brown with bits of green she drinks runs a lot and eat good sometimes when she poops her poop touches her fluff and I thought she had pasty butt but her butt was pink with a little white from the poop and she lays more eggs than most of the flock

Which one would do?

The one I have is pictured below. Any permethrin product will work. If it's a concentrate the instructions for mixing for poultry should be on the label. You can also get poultry powders that contain permethrin if you want to dust the birds rather than spray them (which is good if it's cold and you don't want the birds wet), I've pictured one below.
