Bettye seems to have more pep in her step. It'll probably be a while before she regains color and weight, but I think she has moved from pale to peachy colored.

Update:

she's still about the same. Getting some more color around her eyes and talking more.

Today I noticed that where she's been tucking her head under her wings, she's bare. Wore down her down?

I've sent her stool off to a kind vet and farmer to help me figure out what's going on.

Any vet around that could do bloodwork for you? I'm wondering if all her organs are working properly. Depending on how long she's been "sick" she could take a long time to recover.

No one around will see her since she's a goose. Only a special exotic clinic that will cost too much.

Poor girl has had a tough time and will take a while to get better if it is coccidia.

Stool was examined and she has no parasites. She's sleeping less. But still loosing back feathers!

Are you in USA or where it's warm? my geese molt in June after breeding season is over. Could she be molting? What are you feeding her?
