Hi everyone! I thought it would be good for you guys to learn my flock and follow the adding of members and all the fun "flock talk". First I'll list my chickens with name and breed:
Betty: barred rock
June: Easter Egger
Nugget: Easter Egger
Spring: Easter Egger
Ginger: black copper Marans
Ms. O: blue orpington
Rosie Mae: paint silkie
Nelly: black white creasted polish
Susie: buff orpington
Sofia: sapphire gem
Pumpkin: cinnamon queen
Misty: Starlight Green *I think*
Romeo: paint silkie *the flock rooster*
So those are my girls, and boy. They are spoiled rotten and I talk to them and tell them goodnight and thank them when they lay eggs. Yes, I'm a crazy chicken girl but what can you do!? If you have questions PLEASE ask! I love answering questions! So stop bye, say hi, and follow my flock!

No problem happy to have you! Thanks, my dad named nugget....I was so annoyed that he named her nugget but I like it now. This is also Ms. O's third name! First it was Elle Mae, then Molly Mae and now I think it's Ms. O for sure!

So here is penny the silkie/EE cross. She HATES me very very very much.
A quick description of her:
she is crested, no beard/muffs, extra toe, a few feathers on legs, walnut comb, dark skin, blue earlobes, NOT HEAT TOLERANT because of the comb and thick, fluffy feathers, she is always the first to start panting. Excuse the molting BCM in the first picture, she's a photo bomb

Lol..never thought about it. I actually ordered eggs off an eBay seller. It was my first time incubating. They were a barnyard mix. I have no clue what her parents are. I ordered five eggs. One was cracked. Two didn't make it. Tory is black with a crest. I think she has Rhodebar. And my other hatchling was a silkie mix. So completely unrelated. I don't know what made me think she was a he. All I know is she is one of my head honchos. Her daughter is the one In my profile pic; bitsy. She has her momma's crest
