Both my parents work pretty much all day everyday and are only off Wednesday and Sunday. But they work from anywhere between 8-10am to 7-8pm

Yeah I drink coffee it’s useful to keep you up. when i drink it in the morning it wakes me up but when i drink it after like 5-6pm it makes me sleepy I guess it’s a adhd thing.
