Lyra was wandering through the desert, she had been for a while.
She saw a large herbivore who was also travelling across the desert, she crept closer to the large mammal, it looked very strange......

Sage shook her head trying to shoo the flies that we're pestering her she then saw a meerkat she said,"hello there,nice day huh?"she then laughed.

Lyra took a step backwards.
"Hello...." Lyra said, she was watching Sage carefully.

"What?Im not going to bite,"said Sage who was walking over.

Lyra was still suspicious of Sage.

Sage frowned and said,"I'm a herbivore I don't eat meat".

"Hmmm..." Lyra said as she walked around Sage. "No fangs, no claws, nothing."

Lyra wasn't as afraid anymore, Sage was harmless....
