Paul layed down in the middle of nowhere and fell asleep and while he did a big storm filled the sky snowing thickly over the tundras a blizzard was coming.

Jem watched. She sighed sadly and tried to get up. She walked on three legs for a bit before falling. Her paw started to throb again. (the seal crushed the bones. One of the bone splinters stabbed the muscle in her paw...or something like that)

Jem hadn't wander very far, maybe two yards from where Paul left her. She could see and spun in a circle trying to see something.
