It will really help someone who is going through a rough peroid in their life.

I donated my hair to them last year, and to Locks of Love a few times before that, but I am through growing it long enough.

Another great program that accepts hair donations is Wigs for Kids. They give wigs to kids who have lost their hair due to disease or medical treatment (such as cancer) without any cost at all to the families.

My hair isn't quite as long as yours was (maybe almost halfway down my back), but I don't think I could stand to cut it all off! I've thought about it several times, but I always chicken out. I think it is great that you were able to go through with it! It looks great short, by the way!
