Pantry-palooza collection of my hybrids

Okay so, I have a “comfy food” from the freezer section of Kroger’s.
Fish that’s batter dipped, Gorton’s brand is a stable version. There are a few flavors the Kiddos & I like.

They get heated up for 10 minutes in the pan by themselves 1st.
2nd step: pull out pan and cover in the spinach
3rd step: pour the eggs & a little water over it
4th step: top layer is the rest of the spicy mayo mixture (listed below)
5th step: Return to toaster oven for ~4-5 minutes at ~375*F

Tore up several handfuls of fresh spinach leaves.
Cracked 4 eggs in separate bowl.

*mixing of “the last” different condiments from the fridge together can make fun stuff. Have you wondered what McPuke’s “special sauce” is for their 1/4-pounder?

Start with the “spicy mayo,” sweet relish, Franks hot sauce, Avocado mayo, a little Dijon mustard.

Each of these mixes is slightly different each time. This evening episode was the last of the current mix. Picture is just over 1/2 way eaten.

You seem big on spinach. Are you Popeye ?
Yup!
As far back as I can recall, spinach, rhubarb, golden delicious apples, green beans, Brussel sprouts, French toast, raisin bread, English muffins, & raw apple cider are some of my “comfy foods” from my youth.
