One of my older girls has started laying eggs with paper thin shells. Not shelless or rubbery just really thin. I know its one of the older girls 4-6 years because of the size of the egg but I don't know which one. They get layer feed and free choice calcium and they all look good. Is there anything else I can do?

Not really, unless you can find out which bird.
Do they eat the OS?
Might try sprinkling it out on the ground.
What breeds do you have?

Older hens don't process calcium as well as younger birds I believe, so even with layer feed and assuming she's eating oyster shells regularly, she might not have great quality shells no matter what you try.
