Have you checked their poop? That bird is sick. They are at the right age for coccidiosis. I would go ahead and treat them for it. I would drench the ones that are not moving by giving them about 1/8 tsp straight 9.6% Corid once a day for 5 days along with Corid water for the entire flock at a rate of 2 tsp per gallon of water for a week. Give them fresh Corid water daily. After one week, drop the concentration to 1 tsp per gallon water and give them this for another week. Clean the brooding area daily or more as needed.
Cornish Cross grow at alarming rates. Couple that with a sick bird and they won't move.
