Paralysed chicken - to bathe or not to bathe

Just as a reference, here’s an earlier post my husband (username Bat) made about Elvira when she didn’t want to stand up as a chick. Might be useful for those who may come across similar problems with their polish.

Sorry I haven’t updated! Elvira has been doing so much better that looking after her has become a billion times harder. Haha! Because of her regained strength, she’s become a right little so-and-so come feeding time. She still refuses to eat and drink and can’t walk around but she can find an unbelievable strength to wriggle herself out of the towel I have her swaddled in and thrash her head around when I’m trying to shove little rickets balls into her beak!

She’s lucky that I love her so much!!!!!!
