Paralyzed Leg?

My poor chick is having trouble standing up. I've tried to get her to perch and it seems like she can't use her left leg very well. She is also not balancing very well. She isn't lethargic though. She is eating and drinking and even played with other chicks for a while, but I'm worried she might have Marek's or hurt her foot in some way. The problem is she hasn't been exposed to anything with Marek's. We haven't visited neighbors chickens and we keep their cage as clean as we can. Any help?

I would try giving her poultry vitamins in her water in case she has a riboflavin deficiency. She also may have injured her leg. I hope she starts improving with the vitamins. Here is some reading:
