Paralyzed quail chicks!!

So in a few days my quail chicks hatched healthy(16sep),i placed them in a 33-35 C* warmed box,and in the first day i kept them waterless and with no food.the second day i gave them sugary water without food...the third day i put water and quail food (grinded vitamens and corns & others).they were good until today i noticed that they are getting paralyzed then they are dying!!please i need ur help,what shall i do? Is it a contagious disease ?

Have you also posted on the quail forum? It can be found by clicking on the Forum at the top of the page, and scrolling down to "other backyard poultry." I would try giving them water with vitamins and electrolytes, and trying to get them to take as much as possible.
