This just happened this morning.

Just a bit of backstory: Our house is 140 yrs old, it is next to a church and was a church rectory, and the kids that lived in the house 100 yrs ago had accidently burned down the original church. The house had also been a doctors surgery. We've lived in this house for 7 yrs now and odd things just happen every now and then... but this year it seems to be happening more and more frequently.

So I was sitting with my baby chickens, and Lilliane (Our brain damaged rooster) I was just sitting on a chair reading- or trying to read, the chicks kept jumping on my lap and biting my eyes- so I was just sitting there reading. Picture that, also where was everyone else in my family? Dad was at work, Mum was at the shops, and siblings where inside playing, I had seen them only moments before. I just perked up for the 5o millionth time as a chick reached up and bit my eye, I heard a loud feminine sigh. I looked up to the verandah, expecting my sister to look down at the chicks and jump because she didn't know I was there. But no-one came down. I stood up, knocking the chick down, and looked over to the verandah, no-one was there. The door hadn't slammed, the door hadn't opened, the gate hadn't opened. Then the rooster started to freak out, and all the babies ran for cover. I... wasn't scared, though I felt I should've been. I don't know what happened.

I haven't popped up on my brother's, or sister's 23 & Me, DNA Relatives area for some reason, & we all pretty much share the same genetics except for a few different inheritances.

They both got notified pretty much immediately, me nothing, I still haven't showed up.

Wow. My chickens acted weird when I tried to address my deceased chicken. I said "Perri" and they all started clucking and going crazy.
