the shutdown train station in my town is haunted every day at 3:35 pm you can see the clock go backwards and hear the crane move and the whistle of a steam train and you can see the ghosts of passengers that died in a train crash in 1982 and some times you see a large black train steam past and at the end of the platform disappear in flames exactly where the crash was

I have several encounters from throughout my life. I grew up just south of Gettysburg, PA. My Great Grandmother's house was used as a hospital during the battle. When we were moving some things out of her attic I was "locked" in the attic despite the fact that the door does not have a lock. Only when I said Im going to break it down did the door release and open.
My girlfriend, now wife, asked if I would pet/house sit her parents house (brick farmhouse built in 1840's) while they went on vacation. I was there the 1st night and heard the rythm of heavy boots walking upstairs. I thought some friends were trying to mess with me so i ran up as fast as i could and found nothing. The dog stopped at top of stairs. About 30min later it happened again only faster and louder. I did the same thing and so did the dog only this time he was bristled up. An hour later it was louder. The dog was in a full blown threat display with teeth showing, growling and staring at the stairs. I went home!
In college I worked at a bed and breakfast in Gettysburg one summer. It was famous for being haunted and featured on several tv shows and documentaries. Most of what was shown on tv was faked, but the real stories were far more terrifying had they interviewed the staff. As for me, I was a server in the garden area. One night after hours i was cleaning up and lifted a tray full of dishes. I stepped back and bumped into a body. It felt like a real person and I even apologized only to turn and find myself alone. The house was riddled with bullet holes from the battle.

I now live in VA. One of my previous homes was a friends log cabin. He was a bachelor and the house was too big for him so he let my wife, young son and I live in the basement I renovated into an apartment for him. Come to find out, a woman was murdered in the bsmt when the house was being constructed on the 1990's. A little boy was hit by a car in the driveway while waiting for school and there was a graveyard less than 75 yards out the back door. The graveyard was all children except for one older couple and the tomb of a Confederate soldier. In that house we saw black mists, a choldlike figure, you would walk out to the kitchen in the morning and every cubbard door and drawer would be pulled open, and my son would have conversations with an invisible "friend" that would cease as soon as my wife or i opened the door.
Our "new" home has a family cemetery on it from the original owners but so far no paranormal activity.

That would be awesome to see. What's the location this place is at?

That's alot.

Our house was built in 1975, but our hauntings are due a traveling Poltergeist. A few years ago, I was sitting on the couch watching TV when all the sudden I heard a 'click' from the kitchen, so did my cat. My cat creeped over, & looked into the kitchen. I sat there for a minute thinking it was nothing. I started hearing a light hum, so I got up, & walked into the kitchen. I looked over at the fridge, & it was wide open, so I closed it. I tested the suction, it was nice, & strong, & couldn't be blown open by a breeze, or draft. I told my mom about it a few minutes later.
