Here's another one: My oldest son is 16 but when he was 2 and in his crib he started screaming about midnight. I ran into his room and he pointed at the door and said, "big rat! big rat!" He had tears streaming down his face. I turned the light on and searched all over his room thinking a cat or a wild animal got into the house. I hugged him and rocked him back to sleep. This happened randomly a few more times. Several years later I was in the kitchen around midnight and I was getting a snack. I saw a huge dark shadow the size of a raccoon run around the floor with only the nightlight on. I flipped the light on and it was still there, running around the floor. Then it stopped and kind of sucked down into the floor....into the basement. No midnight snacks for me again for Years! I stopped running away and now I run towards it and confront them. I believe they are evil.
 
Heres a experience that happened to my mom. When sh was about 14 her and her little sister who was around 4 shared a room. They had a bunk bed and my mom would sleep on top and my aunt would sleep on the bottom. Heres what the bed looked like. (Its important for later)

. So one night my mom woke up to see a skeleton as tall as the bunk bed just staring at her sister. She said that there was a black mist floating around the skeleton as it just looked at her sister. She said that she was so scared that she sat completely frozen not even able to scream. The skeleton just stood there for a few minutes before my mom passed out. When she woke up the skeleton was gone and her sister was still sleeping. I don't think my Aunt knows even now that that happened.

A visit from the Grim Reaper is usually a sign you, or a family member are going to die soon. He's the messanger, & the taker of souls.

I believe 99% of "hauntings" can be explained by rational investigations, but I cannot explain what I ve seen/heard. I have lived or been in old homes most of my life and know the sounds of the house "settling" pipes rattling etc.
I do believe areas of negative energy (battlefields, violence, etc are hot spots for activity). But sometimes good can also manifest itself. My mother told me that we she was in her teens her Great Grandmother passed away and they were very close. A few nights of heavy grief and she awoke to see her Great grandmother sitting at the foot of the my moms bed. She didn't say anything just looked at my mother and was gone. My mom said she never felt scared or uneasy but rather almost comforted by the encounter

This story reminded me of an incident that occurred last year with my then 2.5 years old great nephew. He had visited with my sister (his grandma) on a Sunday afternoon and had questions about some framed photos of our Mom and Dad (his grandparents). My sister told him who they were and that they would have loved having a great grandson like him but that they had gone to Heaven years ago. That evening after my niece had put him to bed she heard him making sounds and checked the camera which was in the room. She saw two orbs floating next to his crib and he was standing up at the rail. For some reason, she did not freak out and just kept watching. After about five minutes the orbs slowly disappeared and my nephew lied down and went off to sleep. When my sister told me about it the next day, I told her I was sure it was Mom and Dad checking in with the young lad.
 
I'm tired right now, woke not that long ago, but I'll share one of my dad's encounters with the Michigan Dogman.

One early morning he was driving to work, he was going around the corner passed the little store, & caught some huge, & hairy creature hunched over on the side of the road.

This happened again a few days later. People reported seeing the same thing. I think this happened in 2017.
